AM3874 not able to boot up from Nand flash

Hi,

My custom board with AM3874CCYE80 is not able to boot up from nand flash even at power up.

The information I got from the tracing vector register tell me the header is not found.

Please advise on where should I look for?

Here are the data from the tracing vector registers:

0x4031D040 - 0x0000907E

0x4031D044 - 0x00000000

0x4031D048-0x00011420

    Hi,

    I have narrowed down to the ROM bootloader in the CPU not able to recognize the signature at 0x40300000, expected value suppose to be 0xEA000012.

    I have go on the way to check power sequence and even beef up the core ARM voltage to more than 1.1V but still not able to boot up from the flash.

    Please advise on how I can move on as I am already stucked.

    I am using a 1Kohm resistors as pull down on the boot/configuration pins, will it pose any problem?

    Has anyone design in this chip and has implemented successfully? Please share with me the pull up/down  values you used on your board.
