From the datasheet of the C6203B: EMU0, EMU1, RSV0, RSV1, RSV2: pullup with a dedicated 20-kO resistor
It should be specified whether the pins should bei pulled up to the I/O voltage (3.3V) or the core voltage (1.5V or 1.7V).
