DM648,EMIF fast boot mode, ubl file size limit to 1kB?

I have see somewhere that ubl file size limit to 1kB when in emif flash fast boot mode for DM648.

But, I see, in DM648EVM flashutil file folder, the size of ubl.asi is 20 kB.

So, I'm puzzled.

Whether there is 1KB limit to UBL size? If exist, why?
