Syslink directory is the place where, how should I compile and get syslink_trace_daemon.out.

get syslink_trace_daemon was a GingerBread concept. In ICS it is not available.

For debugging Ducati, please adb pull the following file which contains Ducati logs:

/d/remoteproc/omap-rproc.1/trace1

There is another tool (rpmsg_traced) but it is not opensource. You need to contact your TI representative to approach us through official channel to get that tool.
