Hi, we use DM8168, RDK4.0.

We change some pixel values after 420 to 422 (decode to display).

If the data feed to display, the values we modified is changed, it's not the value we changed.

The display Compositor can change the pixel vaules ?

If it can change, how can I avoid this?

What is your data flow (Which links and connected) and where are you modifying pixels and where do you see the pixel value changed.

Hi,

we use the decode_display. we change the pixels in display process data. we transmit the data to PC with PCIe, and see the pixel from PC it has changed.

we change the valuse in DisplayLink_drvProcessData, (pFrame->addr[0][0]).

We transmit the changed data to PC with PCIe.

And we save the data to file in PC, and check the values.

I don't understand.If you change the buffer in displayLink how is the data sent over PCIe to PC ? It will just be sent over the display path to the monitor.
