FBDEV scaler, and cropping.

I have a couple of questions:

1) What are the minimum and maximum input and output sizes that the FBDEV scaler driver can take?

2) I'd like to zoom out/in of a captured frame and select which part of the zoomed frame to display. How can I do this?

Also, if anyone knows how to only scale a specified portion of the source image then that would be great to know as well.

e.g. you have a 1920x1080 input buffer and just want to zoom a smaller rectangle within that?
