download problem STARTERWARE-AM335X

Hallo,

I am trying to download STARTERWARE-AM335X: 'StarterWare for AM335x Processors' version 'v2.00.01.01'.

My request was approved by your export check. But when I clicked on Download button, nothing happened.

I got the mail with link for downloading the software from dsps_sw_exportscreen@list.ti.com.But this link is also not working.

Please look into the matter.

Hi,

Are you using Firefox for downloading? looks like seems there is issue with latest version of firefox.

I am able to download with IE, can you try with internet explorer.

I had the same problem on my Dell Latitude laptop and had to use my desk top to download AM335X_StarterWare_02_00_01_01_Setup.exe and move it over. I didn't have that problem with AM335X_StarterWare_02_00_00_07_Setup.exe.

I got a response from Nigo, Sharon <s-nigo@ti.com> of the TI Software Delivery Team recommending the above procedure and suggesting my 72 hour approval had run out (it had not) but she never solved the original download problem.

Hi,

I had to use another laptop for downloading the software. I downloaded with chrome.

Got confirmed with Internal team that this issue is specific to latest version of firefox.

Please use other browsers to download.
