Back Beagle bone suddenly power off even not getting up again.

Hi All

I Have black Beagle bone and i already prepare one sdcard with Prebuilt of Jeallybean from the TI.

Everything was working fine i already took vnc also from my Ubuntu desktop machine.

when i applied command for Ethernet up with different IP, then its suddenly off the board and power LED which was blue that was also gone.

I tried 2 and 3 times more to make it boot up again but it was not getting up.

So can any one please let me know what happened with my black beagle bone board. why it was suddenly off and not getting even power also.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

What was the command you gave to change the ethernet ip address?

If the Power LED is not blinking when you connect power cable, it means board may have damaged.

Thanks for your response.

Actually i dnt know what was happen there at the time when i was applied command at that time i also moved board little bit and it was getting suddenly off. that time i thought may be loose connection with PC Or USB , but i tried again it is not getting up.

command is like this : ifconfig eth0 <ip> netmask <net mask> up

I applied this command as i want static ip on this.Previously with Other ip board is working fine and as i mentioned in my previous post i was also getting VNC View.
