DM368 system datetime runs later than PC datetime

Dear all,

     I am using Appro DM368 RDK 3.5 in my IPC project. And I found that the DM368 datetime runs about 12~15 seconds later than PC.

     I used two IPCs for the test, and the same results appear.

     Could anyone tell me why it is this?

    Hello,

    Firstly, there is no v3.5 on DM36x, please use v5.1 to be in sync with latest fixes and updates

    Can you please check if the RTC is fine in your setup? Also, please the time using gettimeofday function and monitor if there is any drift.

    Other is please use a NTP server and sync the time, enable date/time OSD on one of the streams and monitor this with the NTP server to check the drift.
