Regarding TX_SDK_V1 schematic

Hi 

I am taking TX_SDK_V1 as reference to my board , but i have tested TX_SDK_V1 module its not working.

I have followed the power up & power down sequences properly still its not working.I wanted to trace out individual IC's performance still i m not able to see any signals from any of the IC's.

1.can any one say me whether these modules are working or not because i bought two modules from TI but non of them are working. 

2.So can any one suggest me whether to follow TX_SDK_V1 schematic or not?

3.I also want to know if we keep the connectors in between Beam former and HV Pulser as shown in the below figure will the signal strength decreases?  

4. I also want to know what might be the cause for not working....?
