CCS device with no 816x device

Hi , everybody

I'm using CCS 5.1.1.00031, creating DM816x project, but there is no 816x device in the dropdown list, how can I add the item?

This could be an installation issue. Ensure that you have selected correct devices if you have done custom installation.

Do you mean that I have to reinstall?

By the way , if I choice C674x as device, the generated library can work properly on DM8168 platform...

For building library using CCS project your choice of c674 is correct.
