DM814x PCIe Root Complex Mode for PCIe Switch Enumeration

It is my understanding that the DM814X PCIe core can be configured in Root Complex mode.

Does it adhere to the PCIe spec to allow it  to enumerate a PCIe Switch.  Please advise and thank you, my application requires 2 PCIe ports and the DM814x only has one on chip, so I am trying to expand the interface.

Let me know if any issues with this scenario
