How to do manage memory in CCS5.3(sys bios 6.34) just like TCF in DSP BIOS?

In C28x_Microcontroller_MDW_4-0.pdf, it uses TCF tools in DSP/BIOS to config memory. but I cannot find this tool in CCS5.3(sys bios 6.34), how to config memory location in CCS5.3 just like TCF tools?

I read spraas7g-Migrating a DSP BIOS 5 Application to SYS BIOS 6.pdf, SYS BIOS 6 use RTSC platform wizard instead of Tconfig tool to manage memory an sections, but I can't know how to run Platform wizard. I cannot find the menu Tools > RTSC Tools > Platform in CCS5.3. anybody can help me?

I find it, file->new->Other...->RTSC.
