AM387x L1 and L2 Caches Protection

Hi!

1. What protection do the L1 and L2 cache has?

The AM335x L1 has parity and L2 has ECC. I cannot find the data for AM387x.

2. What is the availability of the automotive and extended temperature parts?

Please advise.
