Since 2 weeks ago I encountered a problem with the Ethernet connection on the SGI EVM Board. I can't assign an ip address to the board when connecting it to the router and I wonder if the problem could be the Ethernet port.

Have you made some changes to the kernel, or some driver specifics, to generate this kind of behavior?
To which Ethernet port are you referring as a second one?

I haven´t made any changes on the Kernel. I am using a SOM Board to connect to PLC Kit 3000 modems. Everything was working fine for 4 months, but now I can´t assign an IP address on the SGI EVM Board as I said.
The Ethernet port that I was using before succesfully is the one with letter R. I also tried with port Q, but Q leds doesnt even light up or blink.
