USB ether gadget performance differences between AM35x-OMAP35x-PSP-SDK-03.00.01.06 and AM35x-OMAP35x-PSP_04.02.00.07

Hi, we have a design based on the 3517EVM board and we use the USB ether gadget device. We noticed there is a huge drop in USB ether gadget RNDIS performance between the AM35x-OMAP35x-PSP-SDK-03.00.01.06 release and the AM35x-OMAP35x-PSP_04.02.00.07 release. Can someone at TI share any insights into what may be causing the USB ether gadget RNDIS performance drop between the 2 releases, and what are the pieces of code we may port from the 3.00 release into the 4.02 release to keep up the 3.00 release performance numbers?
