AM3352 ibis model

Hi,

My customer is supporsed to use AM335x device for measurement equipment. Regarding IBIS model ("sprm552b.ibs"), customer would like to confirm if the package C value is within expected range.

Package C value on sprm552b.ibs file :
- Min: 0.42pF
- Typ: 29.4pF
- Max:58.4pF

Custoomer feels that Typ and Max value is large, compare with Min value. Could you confirm?
