Is saBootApp included in EZSDK?

Hi,

   I am using EZSDK_5_05_02_00 to develop a DM8168 based pcie add-on card. Can someone tell me where the saBootApp binary and source code are? I can find the pcie endpoint boot driver in the kernel tree, but cannot find the boot app - saBootApp. I have searched the complete SDK tree.
