Need to know about EVM board where I can capture HDMI signals from laptop , convert this into packet via 802.11b and send wirelessly  to TV or another unit, with similar conversion from wireless to HDMI again.

Can you suggest someone who can help from TI to design such in interface. ? or recommend

OMAP or other platform based solution for wireles video streaming and capture using 2 cards.

    For capturing the HDMI input you need http://www.ti.com/product/TMS320DM6467 or similar from the TI's DaVinci™ SoCs. Not Omap5 based.
