OMAP3503DCUS in been used in our project, Please help us to know Is there any possible ways to come out of the warm reset. Because the processor warm reset is not getting released. We observed that Internal memory LDOs[VDD4 & VDD5] which was measured at CAP_VDD_SRAM_MPU & CAP_VDD_SRAM_CORE are always at 0 potential & VDDS_SRAM=1.8V.

We had this problem before we enables a HF clock. Check that pin to ensure the OMAP is getting a 26MHz clock.

Thanks for your sugesstion . OMAP is getting 26MHz as well as 32.768KHz clock. Is there any chance of Internal memory LDOs getting failed

We are having a similar problem. After 10 seconds, the processor comes out of reset, apparently due to the watchdog (WDT2). But why doesn't the MPU come out of reset immediately? I don't know...
