why the ReadOnly Bit DeviceEN in CSW register changed?(AM3352)

Hi:

    The readonly bit ---DeviceEN in the register csw(bit[6]) changed to 0 after AM3352 halted. before am3352 enter debug state, DeviceEN is 1,.When DeviceEN is 0 MEM-AP can not  be accessed , how i can change this bit back to 0b1?
