I have designed a board.the cpu is omap-l137.This is usb 0 schematic :

This is the usb 1 schematic:.

When power on.I find the C2 Pin is 3.0 V. when application Initialize the CFGCHIP2 = 0x0000C980,and the C2 pin is normal.I don't known why.anyone can help me.tell me what's wrong in the schematic of usb.
