GPIO Using CLK and BE1n Lines of GPMC

In our application we are booting out of an 8bit NAND device.  In the datasheet the GPMC configuration for 8 bit NAND includes CLK, and BE1n lines which are not used by the NAND device.  It appears these pins are configured as outputs during boot?

My question is if these pins may be used as GPIO following boot or are they dedicated to the GPMC bus?

Thanks,

John
