DM6467T not boot at all

Hi,

I had a working board with 2 processor (DM6467T).

Lately one of them stop working.

When i connecting them  over serial cable, CPU B boot like before but CPU A not talk at all.

I checked his power and its looks OK. (D15,D16,B14,B16,E18=1.8v ; F18=3.3v ; F17,G18=1.3v)

I checked his cable and its looks OK.

I checked his input clock that came from DEV_MXI/O (B15,A15) of 33MHz. and its look OK.

But when i checked the input clock that came from AUX_MXI/O (B17,A17) of 24MHz, i sow that it didn't work.

I tried to replace the crystal  and his 2 load capacitors but still i don't get any frequency there.

Please help.
