IPNC RDK 5.1.0 moduletest alg_vidEnc XDMSETPARAMS failed

Hi,

I am using the IPNC RDK 5.1.0 and trying to run the moduletest application on the referernce design board DMVA2. I am trying to runt he alg_vidEnc test app but it fails when its trying to do XDMSETPARAMS.

I checked all the input parameters and all seem to be fine. Can anybody provide some pointers on this.
