I'm new to this TI community, I hope to find here some TI experts and "collegue" to discuss commun problems :).
I'm looking for NON mobile DDR2 (extended temp range -40 +85C) that may match the DDR2 controller (max 150Mhz clk).
At Micron Tech., for example , there aren't PN that run slowly ad 150Mhz. The, in production, devices run at minimum 333 Mhz with tck=3ns. I've not deep knowledge to this devices and I'd like to ask if for example the following PN MT47H32M16HR-3 IT can be used. I've supposed that using faster memory isn't a problem? Is that correct?
Correct me if I'm in wrong and, if possible, suggest me the correct "logic" or some links. I've read the Data sheets but there aren't information about this.
