AM3352BZCZ80 (working at 720Mhz with input crystal is 24Mhz) can AM3352ZCZ72 in terms of hardware?

Hi,

I have customised a broad using AM3352ZCZ72 which is working well, due to the price and ease to ourchase , our production prefer to use AM3352BZCZ80 working at 720MHz to repacement AM3352ZCZ72 . I knew software is supposed to modify to suit it , my question is in terms of hardware design , any modification is supposed to do or compitable totally?
