my customer need a layout guide for the OMAP35xx CBC package 0.5mm pitch (only CBB and CUS is available on the TI site).

I do not believe there is a layout guide for the CBC package, as this package has the DDR memory through package on package (PoP) the typical critical layout piece of DDR is not necessary. If you are using the CBC package please see this wiki article for an updated pinout (the datasheet is missing pins for CBC).
