OMAP I2C Interface at 10KHz

Hi,

Can we able to communicate with the devices operating at less than 10KHz?. These are my i2c setings.

PSC - 0x0017. SCLL - 0x00C1, SCLH - 0x00C3. For this settings, i can able to generate 10KHz waveform, but i cant able to communicate with the device.
