Linux 2.6.29-rc3-omap1 boot errors

I have just upgraded to the DVSDK 03_00_01_42 which is now using the PSP-SDK 02.01.02.29 which is using linux version 2.6.29-rc3 and  I am booting nfs as the root filesystem.  I also upgraded the nfs filesys to the prebuilt one included with this DVSDK version.

I am now seeing these errors during the linux boot process:

Linux goes on to boot and I can get into the command line

Is this OK? or is there something I missed in the upgrade process?

Thanks for any help.
