what construct this directory in the dvsdk demos?

In the dvsdk_3_00_00_40 ,there is a demo.

In the demo, there is a directory called decode. In it, there is a decode_config directory. I dont which tool build it ? XDC ?

And how to build it ?

In general the DVSDK demos and examples are all meant to be built from the root of the DVSDK not from individual subdirectories like this. To rebuild this demo as well as the other DVSDK target software please take the steps described in the Rebuilding_the_DVSDK_software_for_the_target of the Getting Started Guide.
