OMAP-L137, Accessing floating-point C674x DSP from Linux/ARM processor

This has an example of filter accessing the DSP to run a filter (please make sure you read and follow the release notes) using a variation of Codec Engine.

In this example, the ARM calls the DSPLIB functions that run in the DSP using DSPLINK.

I am going through the execise of creating XDAIS project. It looks like the FIR filter would be a good example. I downloaded the codes from Media:firtest.tar.gz from http://tiexpressdsp.com/index.php/XDAIS_sample_algorithm. I was able to bring up and build the fir_ti64.pjt. However, when I downloaded into the target (OMAP-L137/TMS320C674XP, the DSP side, I got the following error:

RTDX target application does not match emulation protocol! Loaded program was created with an rtdx library which does not match the target device.

Can you tell me the approriate library I should use for the OMAP-L137? Should this project be running in the DSP side or the ARM side?

I think you mean the project firtest1.pjt as the project fir_ti64.pjt makes a library.

Just open the firtest1.tcf file and right click on RTDX, select properties, change RTDX mode to JTAG:
