erase NAND flash

Hello,

Can anyone give me instructions on how to erase Nand flash for DM8127?

I made a problem with flashing version 3.5 and now I cannot flash the second stage of u-boot.
I plan to do everything from the beginning with CCS. But there is a problem when I try to write "nandflash-writer.out" (see the attachment). I suppose the problem is in that nand flash is not empty. Am I right?
