GPMC multiplexed bus mode AD [0/7]

Hi!

I need to connect multiple devices in a multiplexed bus mode AD [0/7]. Can I use the remaining free conclusions GPMC_AD [8/15] to connect, such as SD - Card? Pinmux utility allows it. Can I be sure that the GPMC will not control these pins?

Hi Konstantin,

Yes, once you pinmux these pins to a different mode GPMC will not control them.

One other consideration though - please keep in mind that depending on the boot mode selected the AM335X ROM code may modify these pins from their default state before they are pinmuxed to the mode you need.
