3530 BSP Wince 6.10 build issues with asm files

I moved up to the 6.10 release from 6.08. Now I'm gettting

1) ASSEMBLER_ARM_ARCH7_SUPPORT undefined.

Where is this suppose to be defined? Why is it needed for a cortex core?

2) Unknow opcode

3) ARM register expected

So, someone building this for the wrong processor? I have some switch I need to turn on?

What gives here? I am totally confused about this.

The file this is happening in is Unpremult.s in WINCE600\PLATFORM\TI_EVM_3530\SRC\CSP\OMAP3430\DISPLAY\DSSAI.

FYI, the official support path for customers using WinCE BSP on OMAP35x is to go to BSQUARE; that said, I have sent your question to our internal experts to see if they may know of this issue and offer their advice. However, I would recommend you persue BSQUARE in parallel.

Its defined in the sources.cmn file in the root of the BSP. The Microsoft compiler (as of CE 6) does not support ARM 7 code generation so you have to do the workaround trick.

We have been using the 6.10 BSP build, and the same builds without any issues. What WinCE QFE patches do you have?

Reinstalled the BSP and problem went away.

Must have stepped on something along the way.
