Hello,

When device is off (all supplied power is off), 3V bias is supplied to the USB0_VBUS pin for 10 minutes.
In the condition, does it impact to AM3352 as a device?
I'm afraid whether latch-up or some stressing events occur.

    Your question is answered by Note 7 of Table 3-1 in the AM335x Data Sheet.

    The USB0_VBUS and USB1_VBUS terminals are connected to a fail-safe IO and they do not have a dependence on any IO supply voltage
