[OMAP3515] How to change PERIPHERAL Power Domain to retention or off mode.

Hi:

    I can't suspend my omap3515.

    if I have already set all powerdomain(except MPU and Core) to retention or off mode,  the cpu will do a transition to retention.

    But I found the peripheral powerdomain always active. How to change it to retention or off ?
