OMAP POP memory

This may not necessarily fit in this forum but I wanted to know if anyone in the community knew the max and typical current consumptions on the Micron POP memory used on the OMAP specifically the MT29C2G24MAKLAJG-6 part which is the combined Flash and DRAM part.  Micron's preliminary datasheet did not have this information.
