Yes,i cannot find Algorithem Standard and i'll use codec engine.
I buy OMAPL-137 from spectrumdigital, The soft is OMAP L137/TMS320C6747 Platform Code Composer Studio v3.3 IDE.
The tool that you are referring is outdated and it worked for xDAIS not for xDM (that you will need if you are going to use codec engine).
Instead of using it, I would suggest you to use (modify) the xDM examples inside the folder:
/home/user/OMAPL137_arm_1_00_00_07/codec_engine_2_22/examples/ti/sdo/ce/examples/codecs
If you installed the software in the path according to the GSG .
Also a hint, you could look at the, you could get (free) OMAP and DaVinci Software book that explains it.
I want to write FIR,FFT.I think the algorithm compliant to xDAIS on OMAPL-137. Does it work with IUNIVERSAL when i use codec?
Except that, i want to know how can i write algorithm about FIR,FFT.
xDM defines the digital media extensions for xDAIS. So xDM is a more particular case for xDAIS, IUNIVERSAL would be a broader xDM that fits more type of algorithms and works with codec engine. So IUNIVERSAL could be the way to go for you. Please see:

Thank you very much!
When i write a algorithm( FFT,FIR etc),which tools can i use?Does CCS3.3 have the function?
TI provides some of these kernels as part of signal processing libs. See here: http://tiexpressdsp.com/index.php?title=C674x_DSPLIB
