You can access DaVinci/OMAP EVM software (i.e. SDK, DVSDK) updates via the TI website: www.ti.com/dvevmupdates.
From the 'dvevmupdates' page, you pick the board for which you want to download the latest software; this link will lead you to a page where you can register your board or click on a link to login. Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the software updates page.
If the software updates page does not show up - that is, if the link appears to be broken - then there is a good chance that your username is not properly registered to access the updates site. Unfortunately, there isn't a good error msg returned if you are not properly registered.
One other item to note, you may have to register twice. That is, if you own both DaVinci and OMAP EVMs, you'll need to register each of them to gain access. Registering one DaVinci board actually gets you access to all DaVinci EVM software updates, but it doesn't provide access to OMAP EVM software updates (and vice versa).
