Missing _vicpsync.h from Codec Engine 2.23.01 for Linux

Context = Codec Engine 2.23.01 for Linux, XDCtools 3.10.03, Linux 2.6.28

When building cetools/packages/ti/sdo/fc/vicpsync, the ARM cross-compiler (arm-none-linux-gnueabi-gcc) complains that it cannot find _vicpsync.h.

And I agree with the compiler: I can't find it anywhere, either.

Where is it supposed to be? Or perhaps it's supposed to be generated? Thanks in advance, -Dirk

This is an oversight on our part. That file got missed from the package, and is required to be able to rebuild it. I'm attaching it with this message for now (rename _vicpsync.h.txt to _vicpsync.h). We will be making another patch release shortly, with this fix.

Dirk, as per our release notes:-

The Framework Components are provided as non-rebuildable libraries. Source is
provided for debugging and educational value, but is not intended to be
modified. Modified sources will not be supported.

Sorry that I missed that. (Fortunately, it mostly does rebuild without modification.) What I was noticing was that every attempt to link my modified ARM sources against pre-built FC libraries was resulting in XDC incompatibility notices (mainly gcc). Rebuilding allows me to use Framework Components with my apps and kernel and tools.

I will see if the _vicpsync.h file you posted fixes the last build issue.
