OMAP-L138 USB ID pin max FALSE votlage

Hello

What is the maximum voltage that can be applied to the ID pin that will be seen as a FALSE (i.e host mode) by the OMAP USB PHY?

The documentation refers to the ID pin being either left floating (for device mode) and grounded (for host mode), which is done by the USB cable that is attached to the interface. However, I need to add a series diode between our USB connector and the ID pin which means when the ID pin is grounded at the connector there could around 0.7V at the ID pin on the OMAP. Would the USB PHY see this as FALSE (host mode) or TRUE (device mode)? If it sees this as a TRUE then what is the maximum voltage I can apply to the ID pin to guarantee a FALSE under all operating conditions.

Thanks

Neil
