dvevm demo DVI output?

Hi All,

I am trying out the DVSDK beta 2 packages and would like to test if DVI output is fine. I tried

# echo "DVI" > /sys/class/display_control/omap_disp_control/ch0_output
# echo "720P" > /sys/class/display_control/omap_disp_control/ch0_mode

The menu where one can select the video and audio files are on external LCD but when it comes to play the video, everything goes back to the small LCD on the EVM. Is it supposed so or there's a fix for it?

I havent looked at the latest DVSDK release notes, and I don't have them in front of me to check, but in the past the DVSDK did not support the DVI output, so it is possible you are just looking at a limitation of the DVSDK and its demos where it only supports the on board LCD.
