pull up pull down on c5505 GPIO pins

I am studying the manual and data sheet for the c5505. In particular I wish to know if the pins GPIO10 -- GPIO15 can be internally pulled UP. I ask: When I place a '1' in some bit position in the PDINHIBR1, do I enable a pull up resistor on the pin in question?
