Raw Image capture ducati

Hi

 Using SW release 4AJ.2.2  for OMAP4460 ,8830 sensor .

  We are   capturing  10 bit raw  Bayer image (PIXEL_FORAT_BAYER_RGGB) data using camera_test -f  ,but issue is the captured image file is having only 75% data and rest all are zero.other formats are image data is complete.

 We found buffers received from ducati at OMXCameradapter layer is containing only 75% data for RAW captured image .

Is there any issue with 4AJ.2.2 ducati release  for capturing bayer raw data ?

Any pointers or suggesions for getting complete 10 bit RAW BAYER  data completely
