Sorry there is no official training offered. However, TI university program has teamed up to develop a C5000 Teaching ROM which is free to dowload via: http://e2e.ti.com/group/universityprogram/educators/w/wiki/2040.c5000-teaching-rom.aspx as a training lecture. Also there is CSL which showcase demo codes on how to program / use individual peripherals / features.
