How can i run QualiTI?

When i want to run QualiTI,The READEME.TXT in xdais_6_22_01/packages/ti/xdais/qualiti said "Edit startqti and modify the path to match your XDC installation directory".But i cannot find path variable in startqti.sh.When i run startqti.sh in linux,the information is "xs command not in the path,giving up .....".
