The eval board has holes for mounting a heatsink. Is there a recommended heatsink to use?

If you are referencing the EVM then these are actually for a socket and not a heat sink.

It is from Ironwood. I am trying to determine the part number and will let you know ASAP.

The part number from the Mistral EVM is C9661 but that is a custom part number. After talking to Ironwood, the standard part number is SG-BGA-6334 and the only difference between these two items is the insulation plate.
