Is there any useful algorithm that ti supply for OMAPL137?

The OMAP-L137 has a C674x DSP core.  This core is compatible with existing fixed and floating point DSP libraries:

C67x Floating Point DSPLIB

C64x+ Fixed Point DSPLIB

Additionally, TI is working on a new release of the floating point DSP library targeted specifically at C674x.  We don't have a solid date for when that will be released, though.  Please use the existing libraries for the time being.
