How can i connect tft lcd to OMAPL137?

Are you asking about the OMAP-L137 Starter Kit board from Spectrum Digital?  Or just in general with your own target hardware?

For the later, the OMAP-L137 datasheet on the Product Folder indicates which pins to use for the LCD interface in Section 3.7.19.
In addition, the OMAP-L137 Applications Processor LCD Controller User's Guide (SPRUGB7) discusses the peripheral itself and what is supported.

In regards to the EVM, I hear rumor that there may be a LCD daughtercard available at some point, though I could not say for sure if or when it would be available, but if it does become available than it would make for a good reference.
